Gift bags that will be used are a bit smaller than a paper lunch bag. For safety reasons, Jackie will be bagging all donations. Donations are not limited to candy. You can also give prepared cookies, or other sweet confections, small juice boxes or the like. Bags of mixed candies (tootsie rolls, dum dum pops, tootsie pops, bite size candy bars were the most popular last year. Last year we had enough donations to make over 300 gift bags. The Costume Parade will begin at 3pm - Kids will need to come to the rec hall for 3pm in costume. Grown ups can dress up too if you would like. There will be prizes for various categories. The Egg Hunt begins at 9pm - Meet at the pavilion in the playground. Kids will need to register. We need an exact count of participants before the egg hunt. Kids will be given glow in the dark bracelets and necklaces. We will walk over to the ball field as a group. At that time you will be told how many eggs you can hunt for. Smaller children must have their own adult chaperone. Have the kids bring a bag and a flashlight. They will be searching in the dark for their eggs. Once they collect their allowed number of eggs they then go back to the rec hall (by the bridge) and collect the candy that corresponds to their eggs.
